This track started out as just a couple of riffs that served as a warmup for rehearsals.
These warm ups would start off lasting around 3-4 minutes typically, before moving on to other ideas. But as time went on, the jams would last in upwards of 11 minutes, signaling to us that we had something more on our hands.
Some of those main riffs stuck as the main theme for Glimmer, a track that resembles English progressive rock bands like Pink Floyd and Porcupine Tree, mixed with more technical and aggressive sounds from progressive metal.
